Get started with Mya Voice Bot

Enrollment to use Mya Voice Bot is not necessary, however Members will be required to authenticate themselves if they are requesting secure personal information. If you’ve never used Mya Voice Bot and are requesting secure information you will be asked to create Phone ID & PIN, which can be stored for future authentication. If it’s your first-time using Mya Voice Bot, simply say “I don’t have one” and you will be walked taken through the steps to create these.

  • Phone ID – must be between 4 to 10 numbers. United recommends Members use their phone number, however you can select any combination of numbers.
  • PINs – must be between 4 to 5 numbers in length.
